On 9 May, the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul joins the Company of the Daughters of Charity in celebrating Saint Louise de Marillac, their founder alongside Saint Vincent de Paul.
Saint Louise embodied an active spirituality, devoted to service and capable of transforming structures through love. Her legacy lives on today in every Daughter of Charity and in all those who, inspired by her example, seek to draw near to those who suffer most.
May the Lord continue to bless your mission, always at the side of the poorest.
